The pool area was just too crowded. i noticed trash. Food was left all over the place. the rooms were not clean. It seems cleaning was overlooked for months because there was so much trash under the beds.

the pool was nice. the pool bar was also great. it was good they has a small beach with access to the gulf.

i booked a bayview room but i couldnt see the bay. i could see the jet skis area. the rooms looks old and outdated to me.

excellent stay with superb amenities

ample towels prompt repair

The pool was clean and had ample towels readily available. the corner balcony was a nice feature with comfortable seating. i appreciated the prompt repair of the chair. The maintenance team responded quickly. there were various activities available, like basketball and volleyball.

The tiki bar closed relatively early. A later beachfront bar would be a welcomed addition. it would allow guests to enjoy the beach atmosphere longer. having to go inside diminished the outdoor experience.

the room was well-furnished and spacious with wonderful water views. bottled water was a nice touch in the rooms. there was convenient access to amenities and the layout allowed for easy navigation throughout the hotel.

the staff was friendly, courteous and responsive to all our needs. they worked hard to keep the hotel clean and well-stocked. i noted the general manager walked the hotel daily inspecting and using his cell phone, demonstrating attentiveness.
